Evergreen Foods began as a "happy accident" in the summer of 2011 with a bumper crop of zucchini. Our original product, Evergreen Zucchini Bread, was first shared with family and friends. The bread became an immediate hit and we then decided to begin selling our product at local farmer's markets as a means of generating funding for our educational programming.
