I just LOVE events! I graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Hospitality and Event Management and got right to work in Event Planning! I started off my career in the event department at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale as well as working for the City of Gainesville on their events team. After college,... I moved to Orlando for my dream job, Wedding Planner for Disney's Fairytale Weddings! After missing my family, I decided to return to South Florida, where I have worked as a Convention Coordinator at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, as well as a Social Event Administrator with Boca By Design. I shifted my focus to Corporate events for a couple of years, acting as Senior Convention Services Manager at the Bonaventure Resort in Weston, FL, before realizing that I wanted to handle ALL events. I was promoted to Catering Manager at the Bonaventure Resort so I could handle both Social and Corporate events before my retirement from hotels in 2017. Now, I focus all my time on my Events By Brooke clients, to ensure that we produce their dream event! Event planning is a wonderful process, but it can also become very stressful when thinking of all the small details! My goal is to take all of the stress out of it, and make sure that we have fun!
