Eveleigh has embraced the original identity of the historic structure it inhabits: an intimate and unpretentious residence on an orchard, built in 1923. From the unassuming clapboard facade, to the enchanting front garden, through the rustic & reclaimed interior, all the way to the back patio where an herb and vegetable garden surround you & Los An... geles twinkles in the background, guests will feel at home. The food philosophy at Eveleigh is simple: allow the food to speak for itself. When possible, we provide all in-house production of the best the area has to offer. When looking beyond local purveyors, we source ingredients abroad that have conscientious practices and free-range origins. We are inspired by the freshness of California cuisine, with strong undertones of rustic, southern European traditions. Market-fresh fruits, herbs & spices; syrups & infusions made in-house; and the finest small-batch, handcrafted spirits are what dominate Eveleigh's beverage program. Similarly, singular, small-scale productions which advocate organic or biodynamic principles are prevalent on our wine list.
