When clients have a need, an Evanston Group sales executive will take the time to understand the specific skills required along with culture match and soft skills. We then provide the client with multiple candidates from which to choose. The client interviews the candidates before making a decision. We have a very large (20,000 +) network from which to draw an exact match for the client. Though we focus on interim talent, we can recruit for permanent positions.
