Essential Nutrition

We set out to transform animal health and performance through mineral & vitamin nutrition. This required products that were purpose designed to produce a targeted and measureable difference, and good advice to go with it. It meant less marketing, more active ingredient - farmers had to be able to see and measure the difference. ENL started out as a... manufacturer, but has evolved to include a team of individuals with a huge depth of experience and expertise. Our work involves nutrition inputs and management actions, and in order to deliver outstanding results every time, we believe in the importance of quality people in the field. Their job is to provide accountable partnership - to see to it, that wherever possible, the results you get are as we represented they would be. Our Programme and Decision Support team have been taught by industry leaders including Dr Scott McDougall, Dr Bryan McKay, Dr Sue Macky, Dr Jayne Lacy-Hulbert, Dr Bas Schouten, Dr Andrew Weir, Fred Hoekstra. They receive ongoing technical and farm management training and backup. Our team have farming/ rural backgrounds. They have all worn the T-shirt at some stage, and understand your world. None have sold cars, telecoms or Coca-cola! To begin, we are keen to explore if there is a match between what we do and what your performance aspirations, result gaps or animal health issues are. Of course there are also instances where you may not have any major concerns though our approach and products are a natural fit with your management. We strive to make sure that there is a high likelihood of a benefit before we recommend a product. So be prepared for a question or two!
