Essential Hospice is a LLC. Essential Hospice is a medical model that has highly skilled individuals with exceptional knowledge in the delivery of end of life care known as Hospice. Hospice care is provided to individuals that have a disease process that is no longer curative. It is designed to provide for the client's individual needs, including but not limited to the following: Physician oversight, nursing care, psychosocial needs, and spiritual needs, personal needs, activities of daily living, Medical Equipment, and Medications for symptom management. Hospice care is paid 100% by Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran Administration, and most insurance providers have a Hospice benefit. To qualify for Hospice a physician must give an order and a written statement that patient has a life limiting disease that should it runs it natural course client has a life expectancy of six (6) months or less.
