Essential Automation was created in March 2005. The initial focus of the business was the online retail of obsolete industrial electronic components and associated control equipment. The business continued to expand during the next few years, and in 2013 became a Limited company, and moved to larger premises. During 2014 Essential Automation Ltd be... gan to offer a software engineering service as well as component level repair of industrial electronic components such as PLC's, HMI's and inverter VSD drives. 2017 Was a busy year including further significant growth and expansion, with Essential Automation now able to offer a complete service including control panel design, construction, programming and installation all catered for in-house. With the additional space required for the expanding operation, Essential Automation once again had to move to larger premises. 2018 saw Essential Automation undertake their largest project to date. At 2500 Amps, over 100 3 phase motors and weighing it at close to £1M it was a mammoth project. Essential Automation successfully designed and installed the complete electrical system including LV distribution and control panel manufacture. 2021 is already shaping up to be a very busy year, but we are always looking for new and exciting projects.
