She teaches and coaches with love, support, and enthusiasm with a commitment to seeing her clients and students succeed and grow. Vas has an MBA, is a certified yoga and Pilates teacher, and is a certified Holistic Health Coach. Vas currently lives in Newport Beach. Dr. Megan Kelly has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a Masters in Holistic Nutrition, and teaches yoga and pilates. Her goal is to bring people the tools they need in order to build healthy habits and ultimately live a balanced, well-rounded lifestyle. She enjoys creating a positive and encouraging environment around exercise, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. When she is not teaching, you can usually find Dr. Kelly in the kitchen cooking or on the beach with her husband and her two adorable dogs. Lauren considers herself a student, first and foremost. She is continuously inspired by lifes endless opportunities to learn and grow. This is one of the many reasons she was first attracted to yoga, which she considers to be far more than just a physical practice. Lauren recognizes that we live in a hurry-up, do more society, and in order to heal we must create space for stillness and connection. Her teaching style is for everyone balanced with gentle movement, strength, relaxation, and guided meditation. Youll end classes with her feeling joyful, empowered, and with a deeper connection to self. Dr. E believes that therapeutic interventions should be specific to each individual, couple, or family.
