We are part of ESGI Leather Exports based in Chennai since 1982 with an annual turn over of approximately €10 million. Our garment unit which is based in Noida was started in 2002 which is spread across 12,000 sq.ft of real estate. We take pride in offering world class goat suede leather finished products. Our Company is SA 8000-2008 compliant. The garment unit started in 2002 has employee head count of 250 skilled professionals who have an eye for detail, capacity and commitment to deliver up to 12,000 garments per month. Our robust team looks after right from leather procurement to stitching, finishing, packaging and dispatch. A dedicated team of 100 skilled professionals exclusively specialized in handwork and treatment of leather garment purely look after some of the most reputed brands across Europe. The workforce is segmented and looked after by a team of highly experienced managers thus strengthening the company in translating the work of designers based in France, UK and Italy. Our equipment consists of 300 in-house machines. Our equipment is further broken into fur stitching machine, thick thread stitching machine, zig zag machine, difference over lock machine, foil machine and fusing machine. We make goat suede leather which is produced 100% in our tannery based in Chennai, India. The tannery is highly sophisticated with machinery that makes finished leather to countries like Turkey, Korea and China. Other types of leather used in our garments comprises of Lamb, Buff, and Cow. Our tannery is environment friendly with a compliant effluent system. No banned chemicals such as PCP or heavy metals like nickel is used in our leather.
