Mr. Grassley received his degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Washington and has practiced engineering in Western Washington for over 10 years. After working for several large consulting firms and leading project teams designing structures as varied as hospitals, high schools, office towers, and industrial warehouses, Mr. Grassley realized that his true passion in work came from the design synergy that is only created when the building owner, the designer, and the structure itself are all working together as a team. The philosophy at ESG Design is to offer in-person visits to the proposed construction site and frequent communication and feedback with the building owner as key aspects of every successful project that we undertake.
