We believe in educating our clients in the loan and homeownership process and that in turn, we can earn a living providing the best service to you. Moises Carlos, a Los Angeles native, is President and Founder of Escala Financial, a full-service Real Estate Loan Broker. Prior to founding Escala, Moises led the acquisition of development for DBA, Inc, a real estate development company and worked as a Land Acquisitions Analyst for Richmond American Homes, a national home builder. In this capacity, Moises sourced and structured deals, negotiated purchase agreements, and managed the due diligence process for land acquisitions for over 350 lots and projected gross revenues of over $150 million. Moises currently serves on the Riordan Advisory Board and as Board Member for Crown Prep Academy, a South Central Los Angeles charter school. He served for three years as President of the Riordan Programs Alumni Association and frequently volunteers his time for community non-profits. Moises earned a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.Read More
