About Ernie
After graduating in 2011 from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Fibers, Holly realized her passion was in the handmade processes and tactile work she created during her years at school. Since then, her pieces have been commissioned for pieces for SCAD's Permanent Collection, interior design clients, and custom gifts and have had been showcased in Savannah, GA, Atlanta, GA, Hong Kong, and Lacoste, France. She is passionate about time-tested processes for crafting meaningful objects and has made that the basis for Ernie and Irene. Ernie and Irene features many of the various aspects of fiber arts and textile design. From sculptural fiber art wall hangings to fashion textile designs, E&I exemplifies the wide breadth of the definition of "fibers.
