Erika Milhauser

Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Erika moved to South Florida in 1998 to attend the University of Miami. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Communications, she obtained her real estate license and has enjoyed a unique career in real estate ever since. Erika began her career working as an in-house sales consultant with Related Cervera R... ealty Services, partner of the leading condominium developer in South Florida. During this time Erika was recognized for selling the highest volume of units to customers directly with the least amount of outside broker cooperation. Her experience included launching pre-construction projects, preparing in-depth comparative market analyses, and conducting presentations to top brokers in the area. Erika moved to Boca Raton and joined Coldwell Banker in 2008. During a time when short sales and foreclosures were quite common, Erika was able to successfully close numerous distressed properties, and was recognized as one of the most tech-savvy agents in her company and among her peers. In 2012, after the birth of her first child, Erika joined forces with Lang. During this time, she built her business in the luxury high-end market. Erika also had the wonderful opportunity of working as an associate to Lisa G. Hindin, one of Lang's "top producers". Erika moved to Parkland in 2015, shortly after she had her second child. Although her license is currently held with a Parkland based real estate firm, she continues to sell in Boca and is focused on growing her business in and around her neighborhood. When representing sellers, her clients love her ability to engage buyers, her willingness to accompany on showings, and the open lines of communication in providing feedback. When representing buyers, Erika's clients appreciate her honesty, work-ethic and negotiation skills.
