Ergentus

Since 1976, Ergentus has been the only principle-based emergency service physicians group in Colorado. As a physician-owned and operated practice, we're bound by values that govern every decision we make and action we take - from the quality of care we deliver, to the kind of people we hire, and the hospital partners we pursue. The principles of co... mpassion, agility, leadership, efficiency, teamwork, innovation (problem solving), service and accountability are inherent in everything we do. Although performance metrics are important, they're not the only driving force behind Ergentus. Our approach seeks to achieve maximum efficiency without sacrificing the quality of the care being delivered to the patient. We deliver compassionate, efficient and innovative emergency care to our patients and hospital partners at the highest level possible. To do this successfully, we actively seek and retain doctors who align with our principles and provide them with an environment in which to innovate, and serve with a purpose. We then train our physicians and physician assistants to deliver care where they are mindful of safety, quality, satisfaction, efficiency and utilization. They are then evaluated on a regular basis to ensure consistent care.
