Any instances of perceived unfair business practices involving the Contractor and the Companies shall be reported to the Companies immediately. Reasonable care shall be exercised in the execcution of its obligations in terms of the contract. 3. Refrain from private business transactions, or professional activity which creates or could possibly create a conflict between the personal interests of any employee(s) of the parties and the interests of the Companies and Contractor. 4. Refrain from paying or offering to pay, giving or offering to give any money or other gift of whatsoever nature whether by way of a commission, gratuity or otherwise, lending or offering to lend any money or any other asset, or giving or offering to give any other valuable consideration to any employee of the Companies, any of the Companies or any of their other associated Companies, such as might influence, or appear to influence purchasing decisions. 5. Promote a positive relationship with the Companies through courtesy and impartiality in all phases of business transactions for the entire duration of the contract.
