For Sony Mfg we built an Environmental curtain to keep the dust and heat contained on seperate sides of the curtain. This curtain was over 200 yards long, and ranged from 20 to 40 feet high. Multiple conveyor belts and structural supports passed through the curtain. Hundreds of air, electrical, and plumbing pipes penetrated the plane of the curtain... . It was a work of art, in an industrial way. For GKN, we built a 3-sided temperature/dust curtain enclosing over 800 sqare feet of floor space. It is 24 ft high, with a manual pulley-operated front curtain. This curtain has been working for over seven years, three shifts daily with zero repairs or maintenance During Operation Desert Storm, ER Designs was hired to design and manufacture a special instrument/computer case for helicopter testing equipment. We designed the part, blueprints, and patterns for the customer. We also made the first small productions runs. These are just a few examples of what we have done.
