Equine Medical Services is an equine-exclusive practice in Silverhill, Alabama, serving horse owners in southern Alabama and northwest Florida. The bulk of the practice consists of reproductive services: artificial insemination with cooled and frozen semen, embryo transfer, reproductive management for natural breeding, and managing the older or har... d to breed mare. Although we spend the largest percent of time on breeding; Equine dentistry, purchase exams, and general medicine are the other top areas. We enjoy helping our clients provide optimum care for their horses, whether they are nationally ranked competitors or backyard pals. The clinic is directly off county road 55, easy to find, but off the main road in a secluded and safe location. Security cameras allow us to observe the patients and grounds even when we are off site. Although we have an Equine clinic, we are happy to make house calls within a reasonable distance.
