Lance has been in public practice since 1976, starting with a large national firm and becoming a partner in a local accounting firm in 1984. He received his CGA designation in 1982 and received his Public Accounting License in 2004 and his fellowship designation in 2011. He has been approved by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Af... fairs, for succession and estate planning for farmers under the Growing Forward 2 program. He has served on various committees for the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario for 20 years and on various Chamber of Commerce committees including the agricultural committee. He has also served on various Not-for-Profit boards including Chatham-Kent Community Futures for approximately 9 years. He has vast experience in most small and medium sized business in various fields as well as experience in succession and estate planning for individuals, farms and businesses. Sandy graduated from Fanshawe College in 1986 and obtained her CGA designation in 1996. In 1999 she became a partner of the firm, and received her Public Accounting License in 2012. Sandy has served on a variety of different Not-for-profit boards within the community. Sandy has proficient knowledge in assurance and business consulting services enabling her to respond to client's needs and propose solutions that will support and help grow their businesses. Sandy has small and medium sized clients in various fields such as trucking, retail, farming, professional corporations as well as owner managed businesses. Sandra obtained her CGA designation in 1996 and became a partner in the firm in 1999. Sandra completed the first and second levels of the CICA In-Depth Tax course from 2007-2009. She received her Public Accounting License in 2010 and completed the Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-Manager Business course in 2011.
