Flood has more than 21 years of experience as an educator and executive. As Chief Executive Officer of Epiphany Change Coaching and Consulting, she specializes in helping individuals transform the way they think, live, and lead. Chens coaching approach provides clients the environment and support to arrive at the epiphany that is needed to build their capacity to accomplish desired goals and vision. She completed the professional coach certification at NC State University, the Business and Professional Coach Certification Program. She is working toward the International Coach Federation credentials. Throughout her career, she has mentored and coached many students and professionals.
