However, please understand that some days are busier than others and this process could take longer. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST. Orders placed after hours or on weekends or holidays will be fulfilled on the following business day. If you need immediate access to your credits, please contact us at 1-847-259-0005 to discuss other options. If you order over 250 credits and do not have an EPIC account with us we will set one up for you at no charge. Please add a comment during the checkout process or contact us immediately if you do not want us to setup an EPIC account for you. Note: If you have an EPIC account with another Wiley Brand Publishing distributor, consultant, or Wiley Brand Strategic or Foreign Partner we will not be able to add the credits you purchased from us into that EPIC account.
