EngCo, Inc. has been incorporated since 199... 8, specializing in the hurricane protection industry with honesty and quality service while providing our clients with professional and superior engineering. Our founder and president, Mr. Pedro Figueiredo has more than 25 years of combined experience in the construction industry here in South Florida and in Brazil. A graduate of Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 1984 with a degree in Civil Engineering, he obtained his Professional Engineering license in the State of Florida shortly after his move to South Florida in 1989. Mr. Figueiredo holds two separate patents in the State of Florida for Impact Accordions and Accordion Blades. He also holds an active engineering licenses in Florida, Texas, Louisiana and inactive Florida General Contractor license. EngCo Inc. has been providing quality and reliable engineering services to the commercial, residential and institutional areas since our inception. Our main scope of work which is related with the hurricane industry, includes designing and inspections of metal structures i.e., walkways, gas station canopies, glazing curtain walls and hurricane protection products.Read More
