Vicki Newell founded Systemized Orthodontic Consulting Group (now Engaged Practice Growth Specialists) in 2012 after identifying an increasing need in the industry for comprehensive and orthodontic-specific consulting. Manon Newell joined Engaged in 2016 as Partner and COO, bringing her background in employment law and experience in recruiting and... public relations with her. Today, we go beyond the traditional client-consultant relationship, preferring to partner with orthodontists to create their own unique paths to a happier, more productive work environment for themselves and their staff. Our expertise stems from years of experience in the orthodontic industry and our extensive backgrounds in business and law. Engaged holds a National PACE CE Certification. In order to obtain this certification, our organization and curriculum had to meet 13 standards set by the Academy of General Dentistry. Sessions we provide at conferences, our womens retreats, and individual study clubs not only provide valuable information to attendees, they also count as continuing education credits for orthodontists and their teams.
