About Energistyrelsen
Energistyrelsen tildeler støtte til 12 fjernvarmevrkers investeringer i store, eldrevne varmepumper for i alt 30,6 mio. kr. Tilskudsordningen har til forml at fortrnge kul, olie eller naturgas i fjernvarmeproduktionen i Danmark. Flere af projekterne forventes at starte op i løbet af de kommende mneder, og alle forventes at vre idriftsat senest i 2024. De egenproducenter, som ønsker at blive omfattet af den rsbaserede nettoafregningsordning, men som endnu ikke har søgt om at komme p ordningen, skal ansøge Energistyrelsen om at komme p ordningen senest den 31. marts 2022. The Danish Energy Agency has today formally announced that, as expected, it will build an artificial island in the North Sea, 50 miles off the coast of the Jutland Peninsula. This green energy hub will, when complete, be expected to supply 10GW: roughly the energy needs of 10 million households across Europe. Measuring around 120,000 square meters, the artificial island will receive, store and transmit power from nearby wind farms back to shore. Reuters reportsThe Danish competition authorities and the Danish Energy Agency have approved Ørsted's divestment of its power distribution, residential customer, and city light businesses
On 18 September 2019, Ørsted announced that the company had signed an agreement to divest its Danish power distribution business (Radius) as well as its residential customer and city light businesses to SEAS-NVE. The transaction was subject to approval by the Danish competition authorities and the Danish Energy Agency. Both authorities have now approved the transaction. With the approval by the authorities, the transaction is expected to be fully completed on 31 August 2020.
