Encore Academy

The ENCORE Academy governing board and leadership are committed to providing ongoing experiences with technology for all students. Carts of laptop computers will be available for use during the instructional blocks as well as the 60-minute intervention and enrichment block each day, and a six-computer station will be located in each classroom. Teac... hers will be provided with computers, Promethean boards, and the technology necessary to plan and implement lessons with current material and interactive learning opportunities for students. Does the school provide transportation? ENCORE Academy will provide transportation for its enrolled students. Does the school have a lunch program? ENCORE Academy has enlisted Revolution Foods as our food service provider, which will ensure a quality breakfast and lunch program for its students. Do students at the school wear uniforms? The ENCORE Academy student uniform will consist of black bottoms (shorts, slacks, skirts, capris purchased where you wish) and deep purple polos (long or short sleeved) with the ENCORE Academy logo. Girls may wear deep purple polo style dresses with the ENCORE Academy logo. In addition, students will need a white oxford shirt with the ENCORE Academy logo, to be worn on performance days. Students are to wear black belts and plain black or white leather sneakers with matching plain socks. (Pre-kindergarten and kindergarten-elastic waist bottoms, please!) Jackie's Uniforms on Carrollton is ready to take your shirt orders. Families may order the polo dresses from Lands End and have Jackie's Uniforms staff attach our logo patch if they wish.Read More
