After making some enquiries, it came to light that the property had been abandoned for almost 2 years. The owner was eventually tracked down and the property was bought. Since then we discovered that the issue of empty properties is ubiquit... ous throughout the UK with more than 300,000+ properties being empty for more than 12 months. Now the Empty Properties UK team are on a mission to help tackle the problem and enable more homes to go to nice families to live in. We are on the search to buy empty properties throughout the UK and turn them back into residential homes. As we have been in the property industry for over 10 years, we have a sizeable network of fellow investors who are looking for properties to buy. For the properties that we do not buy we help the owners to sell them to our network of investors who will do the necessary refurbishment needed (in many cases) and will have the properties lived in as soon as possible.
