Empress Group

Empress Group offers free financial planning to our clients. The planning greatly increases our transactions and is very helpful to the clients. We train associates, who are interested in becoming planners. The associates perform the transactions and we do planning for the broker's commission. We have written a work book, Your Financial Plan, which... we use in the planning sessions. The best way to learn more about this is to have us do a planning session for you. If you want to become a planner, we will train you. Otherwise, we will do the planning and you do the transactions. It's your business decision. We have developed 2.5 hour workshops for groups. They cover Financial Planning and Investing, and First-Time Home Buyers. These are available to families, groups of prospects, community and/or church groups. One recent workshop generated 10 transactions for the associate who sponsored it. Lastly, we have a partnership with an architect developer.
