About Empowerists
Founded in 2003 by Joe Diab, Empowerists (formerly Diabsolut Inc) started as a ClickSoftware reseller. In 2015, the company divided into three separate businesses: Diabsolut FSM (ClickSoftware partner), Diabsolut Cloud Solutions (Salesforce partner), and Watershed CI (management consulting and staff augmentation). Recognizing the need for a streamlined HRIS, the company launched HRWize in 2016. HRWize, which offers innovative HRIS solutions. Under the HRWize brand, the company has introduced two new products, Earnwize (salary review tool) and Workaxle (enterprise workforce management). After Salesforce's acquisition of ClickSoftware in 2019, Diabsolut FSM and Diabsolut Cloud Solutions merged to become Diabsolut, now a Salesforce Summit Partner.
