Emirates Integra

4 years ago I blew my back. L45 and l5S1 doing mostly deadlifts with a bad form! First thing the doctor(S) said is that you cannot exercise or run anymore! Regardless, I've spent all this time trying to fix this! I've done at least 20 types of injections and countless physio sessions! In between I blew a disc in my neck too! Had a shoulder surgery,... partially tore my MCL! I kept going! Eating healthy, changed my workouts, switched to unconventional training! And finally, found a doctor that understands what I need! His name is Dr William Murrel he runs @emiratesintegra and I truly believe that without his help my body would have gave out!
