Emergi-Care specializes in treating all types of acute medical problems in patients of all ages. We can treat the same conditions as a hospital ER, such as: Acute abdominal pain Allergic reactions Burns Dizziness Fever Foreign body removal Altered mental status Chest pains and heart attacks Bladder and kidney problems Fractures and sprains Dehydrat... ion and vomiting We are a full-service, freestanding emergency clinic with six patient rooms, a CT scanner, X-ray machine, full laboratory, and pharmacy. All Emergi-Care physicians and nurses are fully-trained, with experience in critical care, ready to handle any medical trauma event, big or small. Emergi-Care is open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. Emergi-Care was the first freestanding emergency medical care facility to be licensed by the State of Texas under new protective laws that went into effect in the fall of 2011. The facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare, Inc. (AAAHC). The mission of Emergi-Care is to provide the League City and surrounding communities a convenient alternative to overcrowded hospital rooms by delivering fast, friendly, high-quality medical treatment in a comfortable neighborhood setting.
