Historic masonry and building envelope is our specialty. We have worked in all of Boston's historic neighborhoods and perform with the attention to detail required by the Boston Landmarks Commission. We excel at custom copper work, through-wall flashing, flashing repairs, gutter fabrication, cladding of masonry features, rubber roof/EPDM repair, as... well as historic and artificial slate roofing repair. Since opening our doors for business back in 1986, Elmwood Construction Company has developed a reputation for quality workmanship and industry professionalism. We are a small sized construction company with about 35 employees, each OSHA trained and certified. We always stand behind our work, with customer satisfaction being our highest priority. We are available to perform work across eastern Massachusetts with a majority of our past work in downtown Boston. We have developed longstanding relationships with many property management agencies, architects and engineering firms due to our attention to detail, quality of work and communication skills.
