She created her first business Attente Project Management in 2003 before commencing her Masters degree. It ran successfully until 2007 when Amelia emigrated from the UK to Australia on a Construction Management visa. Amelia became an Australian Citizen in 2013. She has been working in Adelaide for ten years on a variety of award winning construction and creative projects. Amelia has been working internationally in Project Management and Training for over 20 years in a variety of sectors including construction, production, the arts, events, heritage, funding, education as well as social enterprise, voluntary and community sectors.
