Elk River kennels offers professional training for upland hunting and waterfowling dogs. We train retrieving, flushing and the pointing breeds. The training your dog receives is based upon your dogs personality, it is individualized to meet you and your dogs specific needs. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve a training spot for you... r dog, and $175 when you check your dog in for training. The balance needs to be paid when you check your dog out of training. There is an additional charge for live birds used exclusively for your dog. See the training page for pricing information. Boarding is available for most breeds of dogs. Our facility has large indoor heated and air conditioned kennels, to keep your pet comfortable. We also have a large fenced exercise yard that allows your pet plenty of opportunity to run and play getting the exercise they require during their stay with us. Long and short term boarding is available. At Elk River Kennels the grounds are groomed for bird dog training with a variety of upland cover and ponds.
