We understand that nursing is not just a job, but a purposeful part of who you are. Elite Specialty Staffing started in a tiny living room in Boise Idaho, as the part-time passion project of our founder, Jen. As a seasoned RN, Jen was very familiar with how to take care of patients and wanted to take the same approach from her nursing career into helping other RN's and BSN's find fulfillment in their career - wherever that road may take them.
