Standing in a garage watching (and waiting) as valet attendants took way too long to produce car after car to increasingly impatient customers, a thought surfaced: There has to be a better way to do this. This is how the founders of ElimiWait Parking came up with the idea for Valet Request, our first product, which allows customers to text ahead fo... r their cars so the valet knows, and can prepare for when the customer is coming, and the customer does not have to wait nearly as long for their car when they arrive. Our goal was, and still is, to create technology based solutions for the valet industry, geared towards streamlining parking procedures and experiences that would benefit BOTH customers and staff.
