One of her first instructors, Ms. Bayle, was highly influential with her discipline and passion in her craft of hair design. Maria has developed the same discipline and passion to continually improve her own abilities and with it, sets the standard of professionalism and client care at Elements Salon. Maria believes that she provides much more than a hair cut or color service, she creates confidence by helping her clients look and feel their best. Maria is mother to three adult daughters, Sara, Sheila, and Susie. She has been an Escondido resident and active community member for over twenty years.
