After high school he started his career in the trim-out industry. He has been involved in all the stages that make up the complex construction process. He has both produced and installed some of Americas finest restaurants, churches, banks, store fronts, store interiors, and residences. His projects can be found all over Arizona as well as nationwide. He has over two decades dedicated to the trim-out process, which provided the experience needed, along with ability and confidence, to get Elements Remodeling LLC started. Krissy Metcalf hails from the lovely state of Michigan and has called Arizona home for over 20 years. She attended Arizona State University in the pursuit of a bachelors degree in psychology. Later she acquired more than 10 years experience in the project management field whereby she was responsible for projects for car dealership remodeling nationwide, doctor office installs and remodels, churches, title agencies, and stores. Krissy's background in customer service and human relations brings to the dichotomy of Elements the assurance of customer satisfaction and quality control for each and every project. Cole Slover was born and raised in Nevada. He's been a desert dweller his whole life. After graduating high school early, he moved to Arizona where he began his career in the construction industry while attending college for networking.
