We achieve these cost savings by consolidating equipment maintenance under a single maintenance management program utilizing an insurance contract to transfer risk and provide a financing mechanism for the entire equipment asset base. This approach eliminates the need to finance maintenance through the purchase of potentially hundreds of maintenance agreements. The cost savings are measurable and realized immediately upon expiration or termination of the existing maintenance agreements. This also eliminates the burden of administering multiple contracts. Equipment maintenance will continue to be provided by existing service providers of choice who will provide corrective and preventative maintenance service(s) as needed when requested. The maintenance service provider will bill for maintenance service completed on equipment on a time and materials basis providing visibility and accountability for each maintenance event to EPS. EPS/TRGs Equipment Maintenance Management Program (EMMP) will cover maintenance costs on the equipment scheduled for coverage per the terms of coverage agreed upon.
