SAKE CENTRAL is a celebration of Japanese culture through food and beverage, with a primary focus on sake. Created by an international team from Japan, Europe, and North America, the concept behind Sake Central is rooted in promoting the sake industry and Japanese culture on a global scale. IRUSU “to pretend not to be home when someone knocks at your door.” is a two-level Japanese-inspired cocktail lounge that truly embodies the spirit of Saigon alley culture. A hidden gem. The word’s simplicity beautifully expresses a profound underlying meaning, and perfectly captures the essence of Irusu.
