EG Wealth Management and Insurance Services was founded by Erik Gomez, Wealth Management Advisor, with the mission of empowering others through perspective. We help our clients move beyond tactical, linear thinking to strategic creation, preservation and distribution of wealth. Financial planning is a complex topic, but we transform the experience... in to a realistic and approachable conversation with measurable progress and accountability. As a child, Erik learned the meaning of hard work, the value of money, and the benefits of building trusting relationships through working in his grandfather's machine shop. He witnessed firsthand the work ethic and hard work so many Americans commit to day in and out to create a better life for their families, and he also experienced the challenges encountered when a comprehensive financial plan is not in place. Our practice is committed to sharing perspective and opportunities with those in our communities that aren't always presented with the same financial planning opportunities as their peers. We work with people of all backgrounds and have found our partnership to be especially impactful with two distinct groups of people: "New Majority" executives, or Women and Latinxs in executive roles; and those within five years of retirement, or what can be referred to as the "Retirement Redzone." Each of us has a different vision of what it means to be financially secure, and your vision is likely to change throughout your lifetime when you begin your career, start a family, educate your children and enter retirement.
