Efreightsolutions was founded in 2005 to enable the "day in the life" of both Shippers and Logistics Service Providers. This began with the development of our TMS platform, and we have since grown into one of the fastest growing software providers in our respective industry. Over the last six years, Efreightsolutions has rapidly grown its sister co... mpany's brokers-broker model. This offering and enablement model has proven to be a tremendous value-add to our TMS customer base. Many of our customers are looking for on-going internal cost savings on their current transportation spend and Efreightsolutions helps them deliver. For those companies who are looking to expand their core service offerings and grow their respective businesses, Efreightsolutions provides the platform and support model to enable this growth and business success. In 2009 Efreightsolutions formed a new sister company as a joint venture with Cosco Steamship lines out of China. This joint venture created a nice platform that extends the service offerings of Cosco Steamship lines FCL and LCL services to the small and mid-market logistics service providers here in North America. The program provides our customers with exceptional rates and service from port to final destination. In 2012 Efreightsolutions launched a new software company that is currently addressing a different market segment within our respective industry. This company has more than 100 customers in less than 6 months of its sales launch in late 2012. There will be more to come on this later in 2013.
