Edugains is a Mumbai (India) based niche consulting and outsourcing firm in the field of foreign exchange (FX) management and related banking. We offer multiple engagement models for clients - starting from advisory to full outsourcing. Many of our clients who have seen our strength in solving their problems prefer to outsource the entire spectrum of Forex, Banking and FEMA to us. Our approach is to first study the client's business needs, study its current banking arrangements and study inherent currency risk to identify key issues. We then apply our understanding of various banking products, regulations and changing market dynamics to develop a unique solution. Given our experience, we now are able to see patterns in various problems faced by corporates/ AMCs and this helps bring speed in our delivery.
