The ESC of Cuyahoga Coun... ty offers Human Resource services to school districts to function as the fiscal, payroll and fringe benefit agent to employ school personnel for the school districts in and out of Cuyahoga County. As an organization, the ESC of Cuyahoga County employs approximately nine hundred (900) employees within its programs, departments and seventy (70) plus school districts served.
