Edge has gained an outstanding reputation in the Canberra Region, as the caterer of choice for many Private and Public Organisations. The team at Edge Catering understands the importance of punctuality, hence this is one of the key criteria of why our current clientele continue to use us. The Edge Catering is owned by Craig Forbutt, who has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, covering Cafes, Function Centres, Major event catering and corporate catering. Logistics is his speciality. Renee Higgs has been the Head Chef at The Edge Catering since 2014 and has worked for the owner Craig Forbutt for over 10 years.
