Before we are allowed to manufacture any part to be installed on a commercial aircraft the part must be first approved by the FAA. Every part we ma... nufacturer must go through extensive testing to ensure the part meets or exceeds the OEM standards. In addition to the extensive testing involved in the design and manufacturing of our parts, every part that EDC manufactures is subject to our extensive quality control program. Our on site Engineering Department evaluates, designs, and tests any part that the EDC manufactures. We have the experience and knowledge to design a wide variety of aircraft parts including aircraft lighting, aircraft electrical components, and aircraft mechanical components.
