Founded in 1975, Econ Precast Pte Ltd ("Econ") has grown to be a leading supplier of precast reinforced concrete piles and building components. Today we are one of the few precast suppliers with a L6 registration certificate from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). This registration certificate allows us to tender for Public and Private... sector contracts of unlimited value for the supply of precast concrete products. Through our established 'ECON' and 'ECONPILE' trademarks, we have the capability to design and manufacture various types of precast components and are an approved supplier to the Housing & Development Board (HDB) and other local Authorities. Our Products include volumetric components such as Space Adding Items (SAI), Utility Rooms and Lift-Wells used mainly in HDB's Major Upgrading Program (MUP) and Lift Upgrading Program (LUP). Other precast components include Prestressed and Precast Beams, Columns, Reinforced Concrete Piles, Reinforced Concrete Cylindrical Pipes, Refuse Chutes, Staircase Flights, as well as Architectural Façade Wall Panels and external walls. Our precast yards are located at 16, 24 and 26 Kranji Way, occupying a combined area of approximately 38,000m2. On top of our Singapore yards, we have another yard in Pontian, Malaysia with an area of approximately 48,000m2.
