Eazelyf offers information and a means to obtain Food services offered, which may be requested through phone application and / or Site, or through any other channel made available by Eazelyf for 'booking' purposes. Eazelyf Site also permits booking of Food services offered by it. All services provided by Eazelyf to You by means of your use of the b... ooking channel, for booking purposes, are hereinafter referred to as the "Service". Eazelyf may store the information provided or record your calls for contacting you for all Service related matters. You may promptly inform Eazelyf on any change in the information provided by you. The Service allows you to send a request through Eazelyf network. The Eazelyf has sole and complete discretion to accept or reject each request for Service. If the Eazelyf accepts a request, Eazelyf notifies you about the same. Eazelyf shall, upon receiving the booking request from You in the manner set out here, proceed to confirm or decline the booking based on the availability of items at the booking time, which shall be informed to You vide an SMS and email. In the event the booking is confirmed, you shall check the booking details including but not limited to delivery time and delivery place, and if there is incorrect detail, the same needs to be informed to us immediately by calling us. You shall bear the consequences and damages for any delay that may be caused to You due to Your failure to check the confirmation SMS/email or failure to inform Eazelyf of the incorrect details immediately. You may choose to pay for the food services by either of the following two methods: Cash payment: Cash payment towards the price after the completion of delivery can be made to the bearer.
