Founded in 1985 by Randy Bickford, a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, East Coast Foundation Company averages over 200... foundations and slabs a year. We use an aluminum form system. Aluminum forms produce a high quality surface unlike wooden forms which leave behind telltale scars and bulges, and are slower to set up and take down. We also install insulated concrete forms or ICF. East Coast Foundation Company has been at the forefront in adapting to industry advances to ensure we have the capacity and ability to produce the highest quality foundations on the East Coast. We participate in education and training that includes annual attendance at the World of Concrete. We have the necessary equipment to meet unique and specialized consumer needs. We provide crane service, boom pump service, and even have a little mixer to deliver concrete to tight places. Our state of the art technology and tools include seven laser transits and a total station robot to address the demand of ever tighter setbacks such as lakeside lots. Keeping with green building practices, we use biodegradable form oil and recycle all used oils with a product called crystal clean. Our supplies are procured as locally as possible to create efficiency, minimize the environmental footprint, and support the local economy. On request, we can use a fly ash substitute for part of the concrete mixture.
