Having managed the Telecommunications, PC/LAN Services, Computer Operations and Network Control departments within several industry sectors, we have gained the experience necessary to manage extensive re-engineering projects. This experience has given us extensive expertise within the entire LAN/WAN arena from desktop to end to end circuit design. Also noteworthy is our Voice experience with Call Center Systems such as Lucent's CMS, Northern Telecom's Meridian Max, Aspect's extensive suite of products and services, plus IVR systems from Periphonics, Granada, Syntellect, Lucent and others.
