E. Ruff & Associates, Inc. is a manufacturers representation firm to the Foodservice Industry and related fields. Eric Ruff established E. Ruff & Associates in 1988 when he purchased the fourteen-year-old business of Herbert C. Lauber, Inc., with whom he was a partner. Upon Erics death in 1998 and after more than eight years of dedicated service to... the company, John Hoskinson became owner and President. Eric Beach joined as a partner in September of 2018 and became Managing Partner in 2020. The firm employs a team of nine (9) outside sales professionals, four (4) inside customer service representatives, along with one (1) office administrator. The territories currently serviced by E. Ruff & Associates are: E. Ruff & Associates is a member of MAFSI, and all members of the sales team are CFSP certified. Some are SERVSAFE certified as well. The group has always been a top performer, meeting and exceeding manufacturers sales quotas. As a result of these efforts, we have received numerous awards for outstanding sales performance from many of our manufacturers. Since 1988, E. Ruff & Associates has more than quadrupled sales volumes. A high degree of visibility to the foodservice dealerships, architects, consultants, designers and specifiers, along with continual penetration into chain accounts and end-user markets have supported such accomplishments.
