E Kent Halvorson

Since 1985, E. Kent Halvorson, Inc. has been turning dreams into reality, and is now one of the leading full-service general contracting firms in the Pacific Northwest. Founded on the principles of long-term Loyalty, Trust and Client Satisfaction, E. Kent Halvorson, Inc.'s growth is attributed to our client-focus and expertise in key markets. While... large enough to offer complete construction services, our attention to client needs is more typical of a smaller company, and it shows. Ninety percent of the firm's volume is repeat clients or referrals from those clients and the majority of our work is performed under negotiated contracts, and conducted with an 'Open Book' policy. Our approach to each project is based on our ability to effectively value engineer the job with sensitivity, innovation and aggressiveness. We encourage our clients participation in all phases of the process, because we know it is from our ability to be forthright and offer creative solutions that establishes the confidence upon which long-lasting relationships are built.Read More
